I prefer to think of it as a day of bravery. Sixteen Medals of Honor were later awarded for actions taken in and around the Hawaiian Islands that day. Fifty-one Navy Crosses, 53 Silver Stars, four Navy and Marine Corps Medals, four Distinguished Service Crosses, a Distinguished Flying Cross and three Bronze Stars were also awarded to Americans for their actions during the attack. Countless other heroic acts occurred without the valor officially recognized. The captain of the USS Arizona, Franklin Van Valkenburgh, was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for gallantly defending his ship until he was killed by a direct bomb hit. In 2017 his grandson, Charles Van Valkenburgh, told The American Legion, “Stay vigilant because it only takes moments for an aggressor to change the world and it’s our responsibility to ensure it never happens again.” On the USS West Virginia was yet another of that day’s many courageous sailors. Dorie Miller was a Navy messman who received the Navy Cross for moving his wounded captain and defending his ship with a machine gun until he was finally ordered to leave the bridge. He received great acclaim at a time when Black veterans often did not get the recognition that they deserved. Still, many believe that Miller’s actions merit the Medal of Honor. The stories of the heroes of Pearl Harbor will continue to live, though most of the eyewitnesses are no longer with us. I do not have precise numbers but it is believed that some of the more than 2,400 Americans who died that day were Sons of The American Legion members. Maybe even a few were Legionnaires, who were also veterans of World War I. It is in the spirit of reflection and awe that I am attending tributes and memorials at and around Pearl Harbor this week. Tomorrow, I will lay a wreath at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, the final resting place for thousands of heroes who served in World War II and subsequent wars. Established in Honolulu’s Punchbowl Crater in 1949, it is also the burial site for legendary World War II correspondent Ernie Pyle, who served in World War I. As I look around at the tranquility and natural beauty of the Aloha State, I am struck by one of Pyle’s quotes. “Some day I’d like to cover a war in a country as ugly as war itself.” His description was apt for many of the world’s battlefields. NCEIT County Coordinators and Others: Our task in the lead up to the elections and during is to make sure we have poll observers and greeters working with them at the polls. Our task now is to make sure we fill those other 7 systems - task forces - of election integrity in place in every county in NC. Those are the systems that the left has infiltrated and corrupted and we have been obviously absent. Our absence has allowed them to cheat, violate state statutes, and restrict poll observers with impunity because there has been no presence for accountability. WE have been missing. That game is over. We must be ready for 2024 by organizing the systems of election integrity in every county! Next Steps: Organize Your NCEIT Local Task Forces. Provisional ballots/Overseas civilian ballots: There are problems to be addressed in every county. You need to request a list of provisional voters’ names, addresses and counties. How many were approved and how many disapproved? This is the problem: If the provisional vote is approved but their postcard is returned ‘Undeliverable, ‘ the voter is removed but their vote is counted in the election thereby disenfranchising legal voters. You need to find them. Challenge at a BOE meeting. Info on provisional is below. Provisional Votes Approved/ Removed for not voting in 2 Federal elections. No record of registration elsewhere. Sent postcard after election day and if not returned, proof of where the voter lives and deemed registered. If postcard returned "Undeliverable" voter Removed (but their vote counted in the election). The issue here is the Provisional vote was approved upon the voter's sworn statement that they "maintained continuous residence in the county" NCGS § 163A-877(d)(3) [NCGS § 163-82.14(d)(3). (SeeNCSBE NM 2018-05 1.3 May 17, 2018) If the postcard is returned Undeliverable to the county BOE, their vote has already been counted, disenfranchising legal voters. No action against them is initiated for vote fraud. Your NCEIT Board will lobby for these changes. This is an issue that needs to be fixed with photo ID and a current local county address. (FYI: The US Supreme Court ruled that Republicans can now defend the Voter ID law. https://www.reuters.com/legal/government/us-supreme-court-rules-republicans-can-defend-north-carolina-voter-id-law-2022-06-23/. We will be challenging the NCGA to do just that.) B. Overseas Civilian Ballots: Another problem area. Currently there is no requirement to verify that overseas civilians actually live in the county in which they are voting prior to moving overseas. Some submit summer camps as a past address. Get a list of your overseas absentee ballots: names and addresses. Gather this information and submit that info to NCEIT so we can take this to the legislature to fix. 3. Post Office: Lobbying your U.S. Congressman. The post office will not allow citizens like you and I to tour the post office to find out how they handle absentee ballots. (You’re seen 2000 Mules). How are they secured? (We have had some NCEIT members contact their Congressman: Patrick McHenry and Dan Bishop) Now, all of us need to contact our congressman and demand that they contact our local post offices and demand that civilians have access to the post office for tours and questions regarding handling of absentee ballots. Last but not least: Your NCEIT team is going to Raleigh in January/February to lobby our NC Legislators for state statute and admin code changes to fix what we found across the state. Your SEIRS reports are affidavits. Please don’t forget that the U.S. Supreme Court gave Republican legislative leaders in North Carolina a win back in June in a fight over the state’s latest photo identification voting law. In an 8-1 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court ended the three-year-plus dispute over the voter ID law and held that legislative leaders in North Carolina can intervene in the federal case to defend the law. Who this bill would really affect are religious institutions and individuals who believe marriage only exists between one man and one woman. Institutions like religiously affiliated schools, charities, adoption centers, non-profits, businesses etc… would be subject to lawsuits and the revocation of tax status for simply disagreeing with any marriage other than the conjugal marriage between a man and a woman. Some of the most advanced elements of this infrastructure, as Jabbi points out, are in states like Florida and Georgia and other red states. This is the dark underside of tyranny that nobody wants to talk about. Not a single politician talks about it on a regular basis. Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky comes perhaps the closest to understanding this system but I wonder if even he understands the full scope of the problem. The way to defeat this system is so simple and yet so difficult. One thing I can promise you is that we will never vote our way out of it because the same people who are laying the infrastructure for SMART Cities worldwide are in control of the voting systems internationally. Because there are so many of us as opposed to so few of them, we must use the power of numbers. All we have to do is say no. Reject the tools of our enslavement that are offered on a shiny silver platter that looks so enticing. We must recognize that these are the very same tools and products that make our busy 21st century lives so convenient, so efficient and entertaining. And so we buy them on cue, we upgrade them on cue, we hand over our biometric data on cue, until one day we will wake up and realize we have convenienced ourselves and entertained ourselves right into a digital gulag from which there is no escape. This is how the globalists intend on breaking the backs of free Americans. They will do it through our finances, through the healthcare system and through the entertainment systems. Digital ID cards disguised as “health passports” or “SMART Health Cards,” will be required to work a job, to access the Internet and the coming digital bank accounts or digital wallets. The convergence of all these systems will make sure, in the words of U.N. Agenda 2030, “no person gets left behind.” By the time most people wake up and see that they have walked into a trap, it will be too late. They will have all your data, they will know everything about you, your strengths, your weaknesses, your vulnerabilities. As Jabbi says, “You can deny reality but you can’t deny the consequences.” The choice is simple. Will you choose to live as a slave in a digital concentration camp, or as a free human being in full possession of your bodily autonomy and your free will? Sent postcard after election day and if not returned, proof of where the voter lives and deemed registered. If postcard returned "Undeliverable" voter Removed (but their vote counted in the election). The issue here is the Provisional vote was approved upon the voter's sworn statement that they "maintained continuous residence in the county" NCGS § 163A-877(d)(3) [NCGS § 163-82.14(d)(3). (SeeNCSBE NM 2018-05 1.3 May 17, 2018) If the postcard is returned Undeliverable to the county BOE, their vote has already been counted, disenfranchising legal voters. No action against them is initiated for vote fraud. Your NCEIT Board will lobby for these changes. This is an issue that needs to be fixed with photo ID and a current local county address. B. Overseas Civilian Ballots: Another problem area. Currently there is no requirement to verify that overseas civilians actually live in the county in which they are voting prior to moving overseas. Some submit summer camps as a past address. Get a list of your overseas absentee ballots: names and addresses. Gather this information and submit that info to NCEIT so we can take this to the legislature to fix. 3. Post Office: Lobbying your U.S. Congressman. The post office will not allow citizens like you and I to tour the post office to find out how they handle absentee ballots. (You’ve seen 2000 Mules). How are they secured? (We have had some NCEIT members contact their Congressman: Patrick McHenry and Dan Bishop) Now, all of us need to contact our congressman and demand that they contact our local post offices and demand that civilians have access to the post office for tours and questions regarding handling of absentee ballots. Last but not least: Your NCEIT team is going to Raleigh in January/February to lobby our NC Legislators for state statute and admin code changes to fix what we found across the state. Your SEIRS reports are affidavits. Please don’t forget that the U.S. Supreme Court gave Republican legislative leaders in North Carolina a win back in June in a fight over the state’s latest photo identification voting law. In an 8-1 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court ended the three-year-plus dispute over the voter ID law and held that legislative leaders in North Carolina can intervene in the federal case to defend the law. Now that elections are over, Congress has entered into a lame duck session where they will try to pass as much legislation as possible before the new Congress takes office in January. One of these pieces of legislation takes direct aim at religious liberty. The “Respect for Marriage Act” would repeal the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) which defined marriage as being between one man and one woman. After the Supreme Court’s Obergefell and Windsor decisions however, DOMA has already effectively been repealed. As a result, the Respect for Marriage act would have no real effect on the state of marriage in America. The real consequence of this bill would be the effect it has on people of faith and religious institutions. This bill deliberately seeks to attack religious individuals and institutions who believe marriage is between one man and one woman. It would allow the IRS, which is hiring 87,000 more agents, to revoke the tax-exempt status of churches who hold fast to traditional marriage. Religiously affiliated adoption centers and foster care providers would be forced to close down for the same beliefs. And small business owners who choose to only support traditional marriage would be able to be sued under this law. Not only that, but Congress shouldn’t be passing ANY controversial bills in a lame duck session to begin with. The Respect for Marriage Act was passed by a House of Representatives whose leadership was just rejected by the American people. Only the new Congress should be allowed to legislate on such matters.
