  • Talking Points for LTEs and Postcards: No Vax Passports

Talking Points for LTEs and Postcards: No Vax Passports Whether we take a COVID-19 vaccine of not should be no one’s business – not the federal government or the Flat Rock Playhouse. Don’t fund the Flat Rock Playhouse fascism. No Vax Passports. Congress did not give nameless, faceless, unelected bureaucrats In OSHA authority to mandate vaccines to anyone let alone the state and locally funded Flat Rock Playhouse. By requiting Vaccine Passports, the Flat Rock Playhouse that receives our tax dollars, discriminates against us, violates our individual rights, our medical privacy, and the rule of law. Don’t fund their fascism. It’s your constitutional duty to deny them our hard-earned tax dollars. Deny our hard-earned tax dollars to the Flat Rock Playhouse and any other publicly funded entity that violates our inalienable right to privacy and the rule of law. Don’t fund their fascism. If I have to carry a card in my pocket or pass on my phone proving that I was injected by a drug to gain access to a publicly-funded theater, we no longer live in a free society and no longer am I a sovereign of my body. You are funding fascism – the hallmark of communist dictatorships, not a 245-year-old constitutional republic like the U.S. The Flat Rock Playhouse has stepped beyond its legal authority as a public entity and imposed private medical decisions on tax paying citizens who patronize the NC State Theater. You have a constitutional duty to stop feeding their fascism. The Flat Rock Playhouse’s Vaccine Passport mandate exceeds the powers the Constitution grants to the federal government and denies individuals due process of law. You fund them, you are violating your sacred oath to uphold our Constitution and betray the citizens you represent. Don’t fund their fascism. • Restoring Trust in the Democratic Process

Restoring Trust in the Democratic Process Voter Integrity Project March 3, 2021 (Raleigh) Despite the record amount of absentee voting in 2020 and the NC Attorney General’s public admission that “the bulk of voter fraud is by absentee,” we’re all being told repeatedly that this was, like, the most squeaky cleanish election in recorded history. Why? Because smart people said so!!! What?! Are you stuck on stupid??!! Some solid polling data is suggesting that folks aren’t buying it. Some have even asked us, “why should I bother to vote?”Historically, when too many people give up on ballot-box, they reach for the ammo box and we’d like avoid that sort of disaster. Now, say what you will about our founders, they brilliantly gave us the First Amendment. It was as important then as it is today. Exercising the part about our right “to petition Government for a redress of grievances,” means we need our NC General Assembly to conduct a full forensic audit that would included at least these three steps: Conduct a bipartisan, hand-eye recount of every contest on the ballot in the seven largest counties from the 2020 general election; and any discrepancies between the machine results and the physical ballot results will trigger the hiring of two independent forensic audit teams to analyze the election equipment. Conduct a bipartisan signature analysis of all absentee ballot envelopes compared with voter registration signatures in the seven counties casting the most absentee by-mail votes from the 2020 general election. Obtain a full accounting of all state, federal, and private funds received and spent by the NCSBE during 2020 and of all electoral fraud complaints that have been referred for prosecution since 2014. Knowing our lawmakers would rather do noting and just appear to do something, they will offer up a bunch of feel-good laws that will address concerns over future elections. This way, they can pretend to care about your concern while knowing in the back of their minds that Governor Cooper will veto any effect reform. As we’re prone to day in these parts, that dog don’t hunt. And this is why a Legislative audit will work: It’s called “oversight” and it cannot be vetoed by the Governor. No more excuses. Either they do their job or resign and let somebody else do it for them. Click here to explore this matter further The ball’s in YOUR court#
