To volunteer as a "Poll Observer" in Buncombe, you must contact by phone
the Republican or Democrat party offices:
Republican - 828 253 5800 speak with Janet. Office opens at 12 Noon. buncombe.nc.gop
Democrat - 828 775 3751 speak with Kathy.
These offices have their own listings, coordinate their own schedule and assign their own dates and times accordingly.
They will send a confirmation email and/or text with the instructions and with your sign-up dates.
