Big RCV (Rigged Choice Voting) nonprofit in NC! I was just on the National RCV zoom call and a man from Alaska told us that 5 nonprofits from out-of-state came up there with BIG money and pushed RCV on the Alaskan people. One of the groups was the Election Administration Resource Center and its located in Kinston, NC! "The Election Administration Resource Center (EARC) is an election policy nonprofit based in North Carolina and Washington, DC. Our mission is to collect, distribute, and analyze information regarding the adoption, implementation, and impact of ranked choice voting (RCV)."
