Castona Pariah to NCEIT.

This was the letter I ccd Jim Womack and Jay Delancy on 9.8 2025 regarding Bob Castona, pariah to NCEIT. Nothing has changed.

I am returning your donation to ATP.  I am profoundly disgusted with you and your deceitful, disingenuous passive aggressive behavior.  I now understand why you are hated by many.  Please, add me to the list.

Who do you think you are getting off calling yourself the NCEIT Training Coordinator!  Who the hell died and put you in charge. A gross insult to Jay and Jim. At the very least, you owe Jay a profuse apology.  Your absurd certificate is an unforgiveable violation and insult to the trust NCEIT Board members have cherished for the past four years before you intruded. We would never have approved of this sham. You see, we check with each other.  We trust each other.  Something foreign to you.  Your hubris deludes you. 

 Your nefarious reputation precedes you. Yes.  We do know about that.  You are shaping up to be, once again, a detriment, as you have demonstrated by your unwelcomed meddling in the affairs of other counties.  Let me be clear.  This is me.  My only concern is NCEIT and you are a liability.  Your $$ doesn’t cut it.  So, shove it where the sun don’t shine. 

You screwed up royally on Saturday.  Inadequate materials. Unbelievable. (So, what happened to all of your fancy folders?) And, your ‘fraudulent’ announcement! Insulting this entire organization. You have no credibility.  And to think that I thought that you were a naive but a sincere participant in our organization.  So much for my misjudgment of you - Don Quixote.  What was I thinking!  All of your BS on the wasted aggravating repetitive phone calls about ‘who cares who gets credit for the material.’ What audacity!   I now get it.  You were setting us up for Bob getting the credit for work you haven’t done, work you have no knowledge.  You’re An intruder.  A meddler.  A disruptor.  A con artist. You have no claim to the hard work we have done.

How dare you. You are a fraud.  It’s Stealing.  It’s Cheating.  You are setting up NCEIT for failure just by your association. I have no respect or use for your underhanded tactics.  At the very least, you’re an embarrassment. You throw your money around to attempt influence others, but that’s all you’ve got.  You’re empty. You’ve got nothin’!

Your stink on ice.  I’ve known characters like you.  You set up dissention and then watch from afar to enjoy the chaos. Passive aggressive personality.  You’re sick. I’m not playing. I’m not humoring or babysitting you.  We’ve got more important things to do.  

I want nothing to do with you.  I only hope the NCEIT team has the perspicacity to put you in a box where you belong and to where you can do no harm.  Don’t contact me again.  And yes. Do expect me to challenge you on every fraudulent move you make. And, yes, YOU are a fraud. Transparency is the best disinfectant.  You need disinfecting.  And you know what, I’m not alone.  I will never approve of anything that comes out of your deceitful mouth.  The Emperor has no clothes.  Take a hike!
