America 250 Kicks Off, Triple SCOTUS Wins, ISIS Leader Eliminated, US Military Hits Back at Iran

Is Congress going to SAVE America?

The SAVE America Act is quickly becoming the most talked about bill since Obamacare. The difference here is that the SAVE America Act is legislation that the grassroots actually want.

Americans, across party lines, want to see their elected officials prioritize election integrity. More than 71% of Americans support the SAVE America Act, with 81% of Republicans, 79% of independents, and 70% of Democrats in support of Voter ID requirements specifically.

So why hasn’t it passed? The Senate. It’s always the Senate.

We’re getting a little sick of always pinning the blame on them, but it’s the truth. Majority Leader John Thune (R-South Dakota) has given lip service to the grassroots while failing to lead a real fight to pass the bill.

In effect, the U.S. Senate, the so-called greatest deliberative body in history, has become a funeral parlor for transformative legislation. The chamber has become so accustomed to the 60-vote threshold to end debate that many senators no longer even recognize that there is more than one way to pass legislation. They’re not even willing to put in the real work to have a meaningful floor fight. By refusing to fight, the message Leader Thune is sending to the grassroots is that he and his fellow senators are content with letting the Trump Agenda die at the hands of Schumer and Co.

Thankfully, President Trump is having none of it. He understands that the next few months are the most consequential of his second term. He recognizes what some in D.C. have not—to defend their majorities in Congress, Republicans need to be running on wins and not more promises.

The Commander in Chief is willing to take a stand, the House is willing to take a stand, and most importantly, the American People are willing to take a stand.

If you haven’t already, make your voice heard and tell the Senate to get it in gear.

We need MORE From Congress

The SAVE America Act isn’t the only good idea left on the table. There are actually quite a few.

A reconciliation 3.0 package is still crucial to ensure responsible government spending before it’s too late.

This third package should include:

  • Improved healthcare transparency from providers. Patients should know exactly what they are being billed for.

  • Strong enforcement mechanism to crack down on the rampant fraud in the federal budget.

  • A prohibition on individuals wiring money to people or businesses in other countries when those individuals are not authorized to work in the U.S. Billions of U.S. dollars have left the U.S. in remittances, and much it is from illegal immigrants.

  • Support for family growth by creating Newlywed Early Starter Trust (NEST) accounts and providing an initial government deposit and tax-advantaged savings to married couples between the ages of 18 and 30 for their future children.

But passing a third reconciliation bill isn’t a magic wand that solves every problem. We have long-term concerns that need to be addressed.

One of President Trump’s key priorities is securing the border. Thankfully, after years of Biden’s open floodgates, President Trump has all but completely sealed them up. But lest we forget that all it takes is a President Newsom or President AOC to reopen the floodgates. We shudder to think!

That’s why House conservatives are pushing to codify President Trump’s policies by passing the Secure the Border Act (H.R. 9199). This is effectively H.R. 2 from the last Congress.

Just because the border is currently secure does not mean we should assume it always will be. At some point in time, there will almost certainly be another Democrat President who isn’t afraid of Marxism. And Marxists need open borders to cement their agenda. We say NO.

America’s 250th birthday just began this Wednesday with a kick-off celebration on the National Mall.

American leaders were abounding on stage and in the audience, patriots were overflowing with pride for their country, and there were even a few military flyovers!

The one thing every leader on stage brought attention to? The beauty of America.

From our national parks, rivers, mountains, and more, our country has a greater variety of climates, species, and terrains than any other nation in the world. Beyond the natural beauty of our country, our heritage and landmarks were heralded from the stage as reminders of what makes our country so rich and plentiful.

These speeches bring forward the truth Heritage Action has been shining a light on recently in our support of the Patriot Parks Act and the recent inclusion of a similar policy in a package known as the Great American Outdoors Act.

Through the Great American Outdoors Act, we are finally Making America Beautiful Again. For America’s 250th birthday, a makeover of the nation’s capital was needed. Now, we can restore what was neglected for decades and further find ways to honor those who have made America the land of the free and the home of the brave!

This landmark bill will end the backlog of deferred maintenance at our national parks and finally give America's natural heritage the respect it deserves.

Wake up Patriot Parents!

The time is now to protect America’s youth. Corporations KNOW our sons and daughters are vulnerable, and they are willing to exploit them for profit.

Children are being constantly exposed to explicit content and sex rejecting ideology on streaming services and TV, at the movies, and even in the music they hear. We say NO MORE! Radical sexual ideology has no place being smuggled into our homes by the entertainment industry. That’s why Rep. Hageman (R-Wyoming) is demanding transparency in children's content ratings. Her resolution pushes the FCC to hold accountable those who target our children as well as those who refuse to protect them.

But that’s not all. The House has been working behind the scenes on a large package known as the KIDS (Kids Internet and Digital Safety) Act. It encompasses portions of the Kids Online Kids Safety Act (KOSA), the SCREEN Act, and elements from 11 other bills focusing on child safety. The Senate is reported to be preparing their own package of bills on the issue as well, including KOSA and the App Store Accountability Act. We’ll keep you posted on this.

Fighting for families is a top priority for Heritage and Heritage Action—it’s one of our cornerstones—but doing so is about more than protecting our children; it's about protecting generations to come.

The infertility crisis is a problem we must tackle head-on. Nearly 90% of women want minimally invasive options for treating infertility.

That’s why the Trump Administration is seeking to identify and treat the root causes of reproductive issues, rather than just the symptoms. This is critical.

Until July 14, 2026, a comment portal has been opened by the federal government to share real world experiences! Submit a comment today to share how you or your family has wrestled with reproductive struggles and infertility.

The conservative movement stands willing to fight on the frontlines for the safety of our children.

P.S. Tune in next Thursday to the John Fredricks Show to hear from our team live on air!

Join the fight to advance the conservative agenda.
