This actions are in direct violation of Article IXF, of the NCGOP State Plan of Organization which prohibits the use of one's position in the party to favor any candidate facing a party primary. Moreover, these staff lied to party members by claiming that the Rule 11 authorization was solely for purposes of creating a Joint Fundraising Agreement with the RNC that would aid the primary winner. The three leaders knew that that claim not to be valid. There is no languate in the RNC rules documents that might be construed as requiring Rule 11 for any other purpose other than for a state party granting permission for the RNC to interfere in a state primary.

This follows a rigorous review by the U.S. Attorney’s Office of ineligible individuals, including illegal aliens, who were improperly registered to vote at the DMV. In July, the U.S. Attorney initiated an inquiry to the Commissioner of the DMV following a report by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) that the DMV permitted ineligible individuals, such as illegal aliens, to register to vote at the DMV, sometimes without the individual’s knowledge. The investigation found individuals were erroneously given citizen identification cards for years and some were registered to vote even after informing the DMV they were not citizens. The involved DMV examiners initially blamed the error on a “system glitch,” but the DMV later admitted “the online system doesn’t verify citizenship status.” The U.S. Attorney asked the DMV Commissioner to review the voter registration processes to ensure non-eligible voters were not being registered to vote. The DMV agreed to investigate and found that individuals had been registered to vote due to errors by DMV examiners. These errors included mistakenly marking individuals as U.S. citizens, which “bypassed the necessary legal presence questions and allowed voter registration.”  The DMV also found a “system error” that lasted for three months and permitted ineligible individuals to register to vote. Following the inquiry by the U.S. Attorney, the DMV has agreed to make changes to safeguard the North Carolina voter rolls and assure election integrity. Some changes include: Issuing a statewide reminder to DMV examiners on protocols and safeguards to ensure proper voter registration of only eligible individuals through the DMV. Designing and implementing new training modules for DMV examiners with a special emphasis on citizenship verification processes. Modernizing DMV technology to streamline technological processes and reduce examiner errors, including of the voter registration component. Hiring additional personnel to increase accurate input of sensitive data. Actively pursuing a technical solution to effectively integrate citizenship checks into the DMV’s online and kiosk voter-registration application systems. The DMV is also coordinating with the State Board of Elections to ensure that any ineligible individuals identified by the federal government have been removed from voter rolls. “It is vitally important that our elections in North Carolina are accurate, fair, and irreproachable—and that the public has confidence in them—to protect the foundation of our democracy,” said U.S. Attorney Russ Ferguson. “We must ensure that our voter rolls are precise and do not include minors, felons, or illegal aliens. The DMV, which accounts for as much as 80 percent of voter registrations in a given year, plays a central role in that process. Dear Patriots, Supporters, and fellow North Carolinians, As we gather this Thanksgiving to give thanks for our blessings, our hearts are heavy with the tragic loss of a true American hero. The horrific shooting of two U.S. National Guard members in Washington, D.C., on the eve of our national holiday underscores a point we've been advocating for weeks: It's time to end Sharia immigration in the United States. Full stop. A Hero's Sacrifice: The Tragic Shooting in Our Nation's Capital Yesterday, U.S. Army Specialist Sarah Beckstrom, a 20-year-old from West Virginia, volunteered to serve in D.C. so others could enjoy Thanksgiving with their families, died from a terrorist’s bullet.   The terrorist, an islamist Sharia law zealot from Afghanistan, had been brought into this country by the democrat Biden administration, and remained here illegally, after his Visa expired. Sarah, and a fellow guardsman,  24-year-old Andrew Wolfe, who as of this writing remains in critical condition, fighting for his life, were shot by someone called  Rahmanullah Lakanwal, a 29-year-old Afghan national who had been resettled in the U.S. in 2021 after working with the CIA.   Sarah succumbed to her injuries, leaving a nation in mourning. We continue to pray for Andrew and Sarah's family.  This brazen act of terror—described by FBI Director Kash Patel as an "ambush-style" attack—demanded justice, and it has ignited a national reckoning. President Trump, in a heartfelt Thanksgiving call to our troops from Mar-a-Lago, announced Sarah's passing and vowed accountability: "The animal that shot the two National Guardsmen... is also severely wounded, but regardless, will pay a very steep price." Sarah's sacrifice is a stark reminder that threats from radical ideologies know no borders, and we must act decisively to protect our heroes. Leading the Charge: End Sharia Immigration. Now.  For weeks, our campaign has been the first and only Senate campaign in the nation to boldly call for an immediate end to immigration from Sharia-adherent nation s. We've challenged both our Democrat and Republican opponents to join this critical stand—yet we've heard nothing but silence. While others equivocate, we will fight for our state and for our nation first, fighting for you, demanding policies that prioritize American lives over political correctness. In a powerful Truth Social message yesterday, President Trump declared the U.S. will "permanently pause migration from all Third World countries," adding, "Only REVERSE MIGRATION can fully cure this situation." But even still, a presidential proclamation is only a temporary fix. Congress, and only Congress, can fix this problem on a permanent basis.  The Deadly Threat of Sharia: Incompatible with Our Constitution Sharia is not a religion—it's a totalitarian system that stands in direct opposition to the United States Constitution. It demands the subjugation of all law to radical Islamic doctrine, where decapitations and amputations are routine punishments, women and children are treated as second-class citizens, and those who refuse to submit face death. This barbaric ideology has no place in a free society built on liberty, equality, and the rule of law. In my 2015 book, CALL SIGN EXTORTION 17: The Shootdown of Extortion 17 , I exposed the perils of "green-on-blue" violence in Afghanistan—where Afghan National Army (ANA) troops, meant to be our allies, turned their weapons on American forces, shooting them in the back. This betrayal wasn't isolated; it was a symptom of the deadly tenets embedded in Sharia culture. We must protect our borders and our people from this creeping threat. Renewed Call: Declare the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR Terror Organizations Once again, we urge the White House to designate the Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as terrorist organizations. These groups masquerade as benign advocates while advancing Sharia's influence through infiltration and propaganda. The creeping spread of Sharia in America—in our schools, courts, and communities—must be stamped out before it erodes the very foundations of our republic. America First: Immigration That Protects and Preserves America First means legal immigration must be reformed to safeguard Americans and preserve our roots in Western civilization, grounded in Judeo-Christian values. But the reality is that the bill in its current form, without additional amendments, will allow them to continue doing so with ease.”   Click HERE  for NCEIT’s Suggestions for Changes to fix the deficiencies in H958 PCS.   Overseas voter's registration address   (UOCAVA – Uniformed & Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act) -  Thank you for proposing changes to UOCAVA voting, but there should be documentation of the voter’s address such as a passport or driver’s license.  In cases where the address is not verifiable, the county BOE address should be used to register the voter. -  Address verification is required for in person and mail in voting.   UOCAVA voting should be treated the same.   - Over 60% of UOCAVA voters were civilian rather than military in 2024.  That trend has been increasing for years.  (In 2024 36% were uniformed military voters and 64% oversees civilian voters according to the Election Assistance Commission.)   Click HERE  for NCEIT’s Suggestions for Changes to fix the deficiencies in H958 PCS.    Voter Registration, Voter Registration Application Verification of Voters -  The voter registration application should have required not requested information, so the voter can be verified.  Full legal name and social security number helps avoid duplicate registrations especially with the many hyphenated names.  Driver’s licenses should be current and valid, -  There are millions of legal residents who are not citizens living in the US.  Many of them have been improperly registered to vote.   Proof of citizenship for new registrations is an important item to require on the application to increase accuracy and trust in the system. -  An application should not be approved until identity and address verification are complete. FYI: The State Party Chair (Jason Simmons), National Committeeman (Ed Broyill) and National Committeewoman (Kyshia Brassington) all signed off on the Republican National Committee (RNC) paperwork invoking RC Rule 11 which authorizes the RNC to throw its financial and operational support to Michael Whatley over all Republican rivals in preparation for the March 2026 primary election. Their actions are in direct violation of Article IX F of the NCGOP State Plan of Organization which prohibits the use of one's position in the party to favor any candidate facing a party primary. Moreover, these NCGOP staff lied or misled party members by claiming that the Rule 11 authorization was solely for purposes of creating a Joint Fundraising Agreement with the RNC that would aid the primary winner. The three leaders knew that claim not to be valid; nor is there any language in the RNC rules documents that might be construed as requiring Rule 11 for any other purpose other than for state party granting permission for the RNC to interfere in a state primary. According to Republican National Committee (“RNC”) Rule 11, “[t]he Republican National Committee shall not, without the prior written and filed approval of all members of the Republican National Committee from the state involved, contribute money or in-kind aid to any candidate for any public or party office of that state, except the nominee of the Republican Party or a candidate who is unopposed in the Republican primary after the filing deadline for that office.”1 The RNC requires written consent from all RNC State Members to fund any specific election. Although typically uninvolved until after primary elections, the RNC is collaborating with the North Carolina Republican Party through a Joint Fundraising Agreement to secure contributions for the Republican nominee for the 2026 U.S. Senate race, not any particular candidate. Here’s Bannon on Friday’s edition of War Room : “[…] But Whatley is not MAGA. One of the reasons he’s running so poorly in North Carolina. If you talk to the MAGA folks down there, they’re just not enthusiastic about it.” […] Liars ranging from John Locke to the Raleigh & Charlotte legacy drive-bys have bent over backwards trying to present to their dwindling readership and viewership that (1) there is no GOP primary for US Senate and (2) Michael Whatley is invincible and inevitable. Too bad the Harper Poll had to come out and blow that scam to smithereens.  The poll did two things: (1) confirmed that there is a choice for Republicans in the form of one Don Brown , and (2) Whatley AND Brown perform roughly the same in a head-to-head match with Cooper. What makes (2) so extraordinary is that Whatley has been buried in million$ worth of funding from the state and national GOP and has benefited from oodles of logistical help from both of those entities.   Yet, he’s doing about as well as his opponent, Brown, who has been running on a shoe-string operation with NO party help.  One would think this development creates a gaping hole for Brown to run through straight for the end-zone.  The BIG QUESTION: Will Brown recognize this opportunity and take advantage of it?
