The Conservative Coalition Endorses LTC Sherry Womack for House District 51

The Conservative Coalition of North Carolina (CCNC) endorses Sherry Lynn Womack for election as the Representative for North Carolina House District 51.  A retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, Sherry Lynn Womack's 33 years of service on active duty is unparalleled among her peers.She was awarded two Bronze Stars and the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious service to her country, including combat duty as a medical officer in Afghanistan and Iraq. 

For the past 10 years she has wisely and effectively served on the Lee County Board of Education, the last two years as Chairman.  Under her leadership, the county's schools have markedly improved scores for achievement and growth in virtually all measures. 

Now, LTC Sherry Lynn Womack is seeking to bring her leadership and public policy skills to the North Carolina General Assembly.  No doubt she will excel there as well.  The Coalition wishes her great success in her new role in the North Carolina General Assembly.
