After you complete the inspection, write up your findings in SEIRS.
Request an appointment with your local BOE Director to inspect the absentee ballot containers (envelopes).
Request the appointment via email and follow up with a phone call. Public Request here:
You will have to take notes. You will not be allowed to take photos. You will also not be able to record any ballot #s
What to look for:
the same witnesses signing the envelopes
missing witnesses
notary repeat names
non-citizen notaries (take down names.)
