There is a a Public Hearing about the Land Development Code Amendments on next Wednesday, April 17th at 9:30 am at the Henderson County Commissioners' Meeting.
Go to the website and look at the agenda. There are 3 public hearings at that meeting.
So if you have concerns about the development of this county, which the Codes play an important part in, think about coming and making your comment.
There will be 3 sign up sheets for comments so make sure you are on the one for Land Development Codes and not for the other 2 issues....unless/maybe you'll have comments about them tho too!!
