So what's in this Tax Relief for American Families 2024 bill??

Framed as an income tax credit bill for Americans. it is a welfare program for illegals. It is a massive multi billion dollar bankruptcy bill that will hand billions of our dollars to illegal immigrants who come here and have kids. To make it even worse, the bill lowers the threshold of earned income to get massive checks from the government. Work less and get more! What a deal!


Corporate lobbyists and the deep state want illegals to increase their power base.   

Why? Our country is run by people with access:  big business/lobbyists/focus groups/politicians and bureaucrats who don't care about you and I.


DC Swamp is currently running a $2.7 trillion dollar deficit that will bankfupt our country. .  So what will your Yes reps tell you? They cancelled a failed Covid-era employee retention credit that has paid out $230 billlion .  Instead of winding down the program and admitting they screwed up, they labeled it as a $78 billion in savings and hand it to illegals and lobbyists. 

Using accounting tricks to hide the money, they’re giving away our hard earned tax dollars.


Democrats admit this has been going on for years. Republicans give them a pass. why? They too benefit from the perks from the lobbyists.


WHY? Deep state wants illegals here to increase their power base.  corporate lobbyists lobbying for businesses buy off a lot of the people in congress.

  • Edwards doesn't seem to know that government shutdowns don't affect Social Security payments (his excuse for voting to raise the debt ceiling). During a recent phone Town Hall meeting he stated that if we closed down the government, Social Security would be put in jeopardy. A government shutdown has had no effect on social security distribution (at least it didn't the last time it happened.) It has been a matter of law since the 1990's.

 

Hard working taxpayers have consistently called for dollar-for-dollar cuts and reforms along with any debt ceiling increases. This bill does not do that. This bill suspends the debt ceiling until 2025, enabling Biden and a divided Congress to generate an estimated $4 trillion in new federal debt.

This comes after years of FBI SWAT Team raids on over 1,000 Trump supporters who attended the Jan. 6, 2021 protests at the US Capitol.

 

At least 80% of these FBI investigations, stalking, plotting, and arrests were for non-violent crimes like standing outside the US Capitol that day.

  • On, December 14th, 2023, the 11th District Congressman, Chuck Edwards, "sold out the American people again by voting for a woke and weaponized National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and the reauthorization of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). As has been his pattern with other key votes, Rep. Edwards joined with other weak Republicans and Democrats. The Bill provides for transgender surgeries, drag queen shows on military bases and ships, continues Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies and indoctrination, continues Biden's Green Energy push within the military, and continues race-based admissions at military academies. Edwards' vote also continues taxpayer abortion travel funding for service members who are stationed in states that restrict abortions.  Heritage Action, a subsidiary of the Heritage Foundation, called for a No Vote on NDAA and will record it as a Key Vote on their legislative scorecard. NDAAs passage will continue to degrade the military's war fighting capability and will exacerbate its recruiting shortfalls.  


Lastly, Edwards' vote to reauthorize FISA leaves the door wide open for continued weaponization by the Department of Justice to illegally spy on American citizens (300,000 times) and thereby violate their 4th Amendment rights granted by the U.S. Constitution. Chuck Edwards would have us believe that he is a MAGA conservative when in reality he has shown himself to be a loyal member of the Washington Uniparty Establishment Swamp."
