As you may know, Robert F. Kennedy's confirmation hearing to head up Health and Human Services is set for Wednesday and Thursday of this week. RFK is the only person who could represent our interests, as he won the 2021 case against the FCC's refusal to update their limits. As HHS head, he may be the only person to compel the FCC to finally comply with the court order.

-Senator Lindsay Graham (SC)
-Senator John Cornyn (TX)

-Senator Joni Ernst (IA)
-Senator Susan Collins (ME)
-Senator Lisa Murkowski (AK)
The Democrats are mostly opposed.
If you feel that RFK should be supported, please make some personal calls today to both of your Senators, whether Republican or Democrat, that you support his confirmation, and they should, as well. If you've already had a meeting with your Senator(s), please be sure to contact the staffer with whom we spoke. Not necessary to mention the case against the FCC, just that RFK is the best person for the job.
